Congratulations to Keith and Betony Braddock, the new owners of Tom & Dick's Grocery, located at 921 Emmet Street. They recently purchased the business from John and Debbi Oelke. Tom & Dick's Grocery is a great neighborhood store where people shop for the items they just ran out of, or to get the beer, wine or liquor and maybe a bag of ice for a party.
