Notice of Annual Meeting

In accordance with the by-laws of the Petoskey Regional Chamber of Commerce, we hereby notify our members of the Annual Meeting of the Board of Directors to be held Thursday Jan. 22, 2015 at 11:30 a.m. at Stafford's Perry Hotel. At the meeting, the board will consider the chamber's 2015 strategic plan, budget and will consider the board's meeting schedule for the coming year. A brief report will be provided on the chamber's membership status, financial status, and accomplishments of 2014. Members of the Petoskey Regional Chamber of Commerce are welcome to attend the annual meeting. You must RSVP in advance at 347-4150 or chamber@petoskey.com. There will be a $15 fee to cover lunch costs. 

Business After Hours Thursday at Knot Just a Bar

This BAH will be held at Knot Just a Bar in Bay Harbor from 5-7 p.m. on Thursday, January 15th. We will feature a Hawaiian Shirt theme for this evening. You are encouraged to dig back in the closet and pull out your bright floral shirts and Leis and wear them for a chance to win prizes. Admission is $7 for Chamber members and $12 for not-yet members.

You should be a sponsor at this fun event. For a low cost of $150 you will be promoted in the e-mails and press releases prior to the event, the night of the BAH you will have a table for display and be provided five admission passes (a $35 value), be able to interact with the attendees and have microphone time at the event. State of the Community Luncheon Feb. 6, Tickets on Sale

The 10th Annual State of the Community Luncheon, sponsored by Chase, will be held Fri. Feb. 6 in Ovation Hall at the Odawa Casino. Doors will open for networking at 11:30 a.m. and lunch and the program will begin at 12:00 p.m. Tickets are now available at $30/person or a table of eight for $240. To purchase tickets you can register online now HERE

Register for Connecting Women in Business luncheon on Tuesday, January 27 "Women in Wine"

This luncheon will feature a panel discussion of our area "Women in Wine."  Gail Frey of Crooked Vine Vineyard & Winery, Laurie Stabile of Mackinaw Trail Winery and Tracie Rousch from Petoskey Farms & Vineyard will talk about several different aspects of the business of winemaking and tasting rooms in northern Michigan. This is a booming industry and our area will benefit from increased tourism. 


The luncheon is at Bay Harbor Conference Center (above Galley Gourmet). Registration and networking begin at 11:30 am. The luncheon and presentation will begin at noon and end at 1 pm. Cost is $15 for CWIB members or $20 for not-yet-members. Register online today - right HERE

PNC Bank is the marquee sponsor and Lite 96.3 is the exclusive radio sponsor of CWIB. Be a sponsor of this event for only $100. It includes one lunch admission, plus a covered table for display so you can interact with the attendees during registration/networking time.  Sponsors also have the opportunity put information on the tables.
