This is a fantastic opportunity for front-line staff as well as business owners and managers; this seminar is applicable to all types of businesses. 

Thursday May 29th at the Bay Harbor Village Hotel and Conference Center.

Sessions are 9:00 am-Noon

Registration begins at 8:30 am with a continental breakfast. 

Hospitality the Little Traverse Way teaches the fundamentals that have been practiced in our region for more than 100-years. Attendees will learn the history of our hospitality culture followed by a three-step process that will inspire them to elevate their service approach to something that is extraordinary...or even priceless!

Memorial Day Services in Petoskey

A parade begins at 10:00 a.m. by the 7-11 and continues along Mitchell Street and ends in Pennsylvania Park at the gazebo. After there will be a memorial service that includes speeches, wreath placement, music, a salute, and taps. A luncheon follows at the American Legion Hall.

The Petoskey Regional Chamber of Commerce will be closed on Memorial Day May 26th and reopen at 8:00 a.m. on Tuesday May 27th
