The Borisch Family is excited to announce the ground breaking for "Hotel Walloon", a high-end hotel, located on Walloon Lake.  The Ceremony took place May 7, 2014 on-site in the Village. Not since the late 1920's has there been a hotel there. Hotel Walloon is the most recent in many improvements to the Village of Walloon by the Borisch's. In the summer of 2013 Barrel Back Restaurant opened and a new waterfront park was created. Recently the family purchased The Walloon Lake Inn, have refurbished its interior, and will re-open it mid-May. These changes have infused new life into the Village of Walloon; making it a destination for many. Hotel Windsor will have 32 rooms and is expected to open early this winter.
