The Expo is just 2 days away!
Thursday at the Odawa Casino from 5p-8p in Ovation Hall. This is the biggest Petoskey Business After Hours (BAH) Networking event of the year and is combined with the Business Expo. 
 
Admission is $7 for everyone and the public is invited. 
The BAH will feature over 65 businesses and organizations exhibiting, and 
Odawa Casino will provide attendees a coupon for "2-for-1 Appetizer at the Sage Lounge" and they will offer a $10 free slot play.

The April 22nd CWIB luncheon will be at Bay Harbor Village Conference Center (above Galley Gourmet) and features Kirsten O'Keefe and Ron Edwards of Twisted Olive and they will be talking about the art of mixology. They will make three cocktails, a classic Negroni, a Ron Edwards creation, the "Fizzlifter," and their own Honey Lavender Martini! Tastes will be provided. 

 

The lunch will be a Mediterranean Chicken Composed Salad: Marinated and Grilled Chicken Breast, Salad of Mixed Romaine and Spinach, Tomatoes, Cucumbers and Green Peppers, Feta Cheese and Hummus and Greek Dressing served with grilled pita.  Please advise when you register if you have special requirements.

 

Registration and networking begin at 11:30 am. The lunch and presentation will begin at noon and end at 1 pm. Cost is $15 for CWIB members or $20 for not-yet-members.

The Petoskey Regional Chamber of Commerce is teaming up with the Northern Michigan Society for Human Resource Management to offer a seminar titled, "Employee Retention Fundamentals, No Nonsense Strategies to Retain Your Best People."  The featured speaker will be Jeff Kortes a professional presenter with a background in human resources, consulting, and professional coaching.  Kortes' presentation will be followed by a facilitated panel discussion.  The seminar will be tomorrow, Wed.
