Keller Williams is donating money to buy turkeys at Thanksgiving. So far, the company has collected enough for over 200 families!
The Ericson Team helped organize and donated at Keller Williams 2nd Annual Blood Drive. We met our goal of 37 appointments and were able to get 24 usable pints of blood, which can potentially help 72 patients. We had 16 brand new donors too, which is great news for the Red Cross.
The Ericson Team participated in the Walk to end Alzheimer's on September 22. All together, we raised over $2,500. Thank you for all the support.

The Northwestern Vermont Board of REALTORS� (NVBR) has released its real estate market statistics for October 2013. The information is derived from data contained in the Northern New England Real Estate Network� and covers Chittenden, Franklin and Grand Isle Counties.
"Traditionally, the real estate market will slow slightly during the holiday season", said Kathleen Sweeten, Executive Vice President of NVBR. It's a good time to reflect on the market during the past year. More homes sold in less time for closer to asking price. "Although we expect a slower pace through the end of the year, we are still excited by the energy of both buyers and sellers. The market continues to be strong."

Dave and Karin recently traveled to New Jersey for a 4 day seminar with Tony Robbins. It included the famous "fire walk" and Dave & Karin were very excited to participate - apprehensive at first but when they walked, it truly felt like they were walking on lumps -- not hot coals!
