Dear Friend of The Ericson Team
|
Greetings! It's hard to believe summer is quickly coming to an end. Very soon the kids will be back in school and the leaves will be changing.
Speaking of changes, Karin is excited to announce her new position at Keller Williams Realty Green Mountain Properties. She is the new Team Leader/CEO responsible for helping agents build their businesses and overseeing all Keller Williams offices in Vermont.
KWGMP opened in January of 2010 and has grown to 75 associates with offices in Colchester, Bennington and St. Albans. Keller Williams Realty Inc. is the largest real estate franchise company in the United States, with approximately 700 offices and 88,000 associates around the world. The company has grown exponentially since the opening of the first Keller Williams Realty office in 1983, and continues to cultivate an agent-centric, education-based, technology-driven culture that rewards associates as stakeholders.
Karin looks forward to assisting agents as they grow their businesses and helping more Vermonters to realize their dream of home ownership.
Dave will still be in real estate handling all your buying and selling needs as The Ericson Team. Karin will be a big support to him but he will be the primary REALTOR on the team. Speaking of teams, Dave will be building a team so he can continue to give you the great service The Ericson Team has been giving you for years!
