ModBus Process Variable Scanner and Display

The PD6088 and PD6089 ModBus Super Snooper Scanners offer the ability to scan and display up to 16 process variables using RS-485 serial communication. They are capable  of being programmed as a ModBus RTU master, slave, or snooper.

Confined space monitors have traditionally been maintenance headaches - until

now. MSA XCell Sensors are a breakthrough in sensor design, enabling faster response and shorter span calibrations - savings calibration time and maintenance budgets. ASIC (Application Specific Integrated Circuit) technology inside each sensor drives the sensor and converts its output to a digital signal. This chip enables the XCell Sensor to perform real time environmental corrections, provide plug and play capabilities and deliver greater RF immunity.

 

The MSA XCell Oxygen Sensor uses a non-consumable chemical reaction. Oxygen is converted to water and then back to Oxygen. The sensor does not "use itself up" each time it sees Oxygen, generating a much longer shelf life and overall life span.

Jordan Valve is proud to announce the introduction of the Jordan  Control Valve Series (JCVS). We are excited about the new additions  to our Jordan Valve product portfolio, as the JCVS greatly enhances our industrial control valve offering. We now offer globe style  control valves to 24" in a variety of materials, pressures to ANSI  2500, noise mitigation and anti-cavitation trims. Additionally, we  have a rotary V-Ball available in 2" - 12", actuators, positioners  and other accessories.

 Azbil Yamatake AX Series Vortex Flowmeter

Azbil Yamatake recently acquired VorTek Instruments and their line of multi-

Insertion style

variable vortex flowmeters. This adds to Azbil's offering of pressure transmitters and magnetic flowmeters. The vortex allows for volumetric or compensated mass flow measurement of steam, gas and liquids, with a single device that has no moving parts and rangeability up to 100:1 with an accuracy up to 0.7% of rate.

We offer two versions, an inline flanged or wafer style meter from " to 8", and a hot-tappable meter for line sizes of 2" and larger. Both versions offer 4-20 mA output(s) with HART, or Modbus as an option. The flowmeter is calibrated as a complete system, with three outputs available out of a single transmitter for flow, temperature and pressure. We can also provide as a loop powered meter to save on energy and wiring costs.

Wafer style

The vortex can be used in pressures up to 1,500 psi and temperatures up to 750 deg F, with an offering for a remote electronics. Many different hazardous area approvals are available, including FM and ATEX. The flowmeter can be made with custom lay lengths to fit any existing piping and many different exotic materials for chemical applications.
