Volunteers are needed to assist the PTSA and School with School Registration

Volunteers are needed to assist the PTSA and School with School Registration on Thursday, August 6th from 8:00 am to 3:00 pm. Note - volunteers are needed from 7:30am to 3:30pm.

Our volunteers are very instrumental in navigating individuals through the registration process by providing information, instruction and direction to both parents and students.  They also play a vital role in assisting at our PTSA Membership table, collecting fees and selling Spirit Wear. Volunteers (adults) are also needed to help with counting the money collected and preparing our deposits from registration. We also need volunteers to assist with setting up and breaking down the registration area.   Students - you may volunteer and use your time as service/volunteer hours.

To Sign Up, please click here.

If your schedule will allow, we would prefer if you could sign up for 2-hour shifts.  However, if your schedule does not allow for this amount of time, we would appreciate any time that you have available.

Your time at CCHS is valuable to us.  PTSA values your unwavering commitment to the parents, teachers, students and the community that we are all sent to serve. THANK YOU!

From the Counseling Office - Requirements to receive credit for summer courses

In order to award credit for summer school courses successfully passed, the CCHS Counseling Department MUST receive an official, sealed transcript from the summer school.  Parents, if your student has taken a class in summer school, please be sure to provide an official transcript to the Counseling Department by August 5, 2015. Without an official transcript, students could possibly be re-scheduled for courses completed in the summer.  Help us help your student begin the year with the correct schedule by providing the required transcript so students can be placed in the proper classes.

Electronic transcripts will not be accepted, so please hand deliver official transcripts to the school or mail copies to the school at:
