CEI hands

"CHANGE"
Does that word make you quake in your shoes?  It can be a bit intimidating, nerve wracking, and frustrating. BUT, it is also a sign of growth and improvement. That is what our new Customer Engagement Initiative (CEI) is all about: delivering a better Girl Scout Experience to ALL.

Pat on the Back
GSSI has so many great volunteers and staff who are generous with their time and talent! A big thank you goes to:

Jennifer Buroker and Margaret Jones, for coordinating and helping with the Fashionably Formal Resale Event. The teen girls who will travel to Costa Rica on a service project trip this summer benefited from your generosity.
(from Kara Messersmith, Director of Program)

Would you like to give a "Pat-on-the-Back" to a special person who went that extra mile or
stepped in to help without being asked? Send an email to Margaret with the name of the volunteer or staff member and how she/he helped out.
