SentriLock Notice
By default, SentriLock lockboxes have established access times between 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. SentriLock has upgraded the SentriSmart app to allow you to reprogram the access times of your lockboxes through the app. This feature will be available for all lockboxes on July 20, 2016. *IMPORTANT: If the lockbox you are reprogramming the access time for is not a Bluetooth lockbox, an update of your SentriCard at a card reader or lockbox will be required to push the changes to your lockbox.

The Cook County Board of Review is a quasi-judicial agency mandated to hear and review property assessment appeals. Commissioner Patlak will speak on market value versus uniformity, how the closing statement may help buyers lower their assessed value, what the assessor considers living space and more.
