Board of Review Commissioner Available to Speak at Offices

Cook County Board of Review Commissioner Dan Patlak, a REALTORŽ since 1986, is available to speak to real estate offices across Cook County. The Cook County Board of Review is a quasi-judicial agency mandated to hear and review property assessment appeals. Commissioner Patlak will speak on market value versus uniformity, how the closing statement may help buyers lower their assessed value, what the assessor considers living space and more.
