Ron Brow to Retire After 13 Years

Mainstreet's Marketing and Communications Specialist Ron Brow has announced his retirement after 13 years of service which began in 2003 with the REALTORŽ Association of the Western Suburbs.

"Ron and I have worked together for all his 13 years. I am sad for us and happy and excited for him as he begins the new life of retirement," Mainstreet CEO Pam Krieter said. "Over the years, Ron has grown within the Communications Department and has played an integral part in growing not only the Affiliate Committee but the entire Affiliate program to what it is today. He built the Oktoberfest event from scratch and has made it the most well attended event each year for the organization."

"It's time to move on with my life and start doing some of the things I've always wanted to do," Ron Brow says. "It has been a pleasure working with Mainstreet because of the relationships I have established over the years. Mainstreet's Affiliate Committee is as active as any group in the country and I applaud them for that. It was a pleasure to see the annual Oktoberfest start with 17 vendors and just over 100 in attendance turn into what it is today and to see the Annual Golf Outing become what it is. Thanks to each and every one who made my job easier."
