MORe offers you a variety of ways to resolve the conflict. Most recently, we have updated our online complaint filing system  Simple Online Standards (S.O.S.) to include the ability to file a Citation Complaint.  The citation process allows members or consumers to file complaints that are proven violations of the Code of Ethics (i.e. advertising without a company name) and may be filed anonymously.
