Conflict Resolution Filing with Simple Online Standards

Even REALTORSŽ who are committed to high standards of conduct occasionally have honest business disputes with other professionals, clients or customers. MORe offers you a variety of ways to resolve the conflict. Most recently, we have updated our online complaint filing system Simple Online Standards (S.O.S.) to include the ability to file a Citation Complaint. The citation process allows members or consumers to file complaints that are proven violations of the Code of Ethics (i.e. advertising without a company name) and may be filed anonymously.
