NAR Ethics Requirement
Did you know all REALTORS® are held to a higher standard of practice and professionalism than non-REALTOR® licensees? The standard of practice that all REALTORS® are held to is known as the National Association of REALTORS® Code of Ethics. REALTORS® are currently required to complete training on the NAR® Code of Ethics once within a pre-established quadrennial period. The quadrennial period we are currently in began Jan. 1, 2013, and ends Dec. 31, 2016. Mainstreet will be coming out with a live classroom ethics course schedule soon but you can currently fulfill the requirement through MORe's self-study course .
