Changes to Member Rewards Program

(Repeated from the October 2012 newsletter as a reminder.)

The Community Center is beginning the process of enhancing our Member Rewards Program! As of Friday, September 21, 2012 the program will be fully automated through our RecTrac registration software. We are going to be phasing out the paper CenterPoint coupons that are currently being used. Thru December 31, 2012 we will be accepting your paper CenterPoint coupons and converting them to our automated Member Rewards Program. You will not loose out on any of your earned rewards points as long as you use them or convert them to our automated system by December 31, 2012. As of January 1, 2013 we will no longer accept any paper CenterPoint reward coupons.

We are excited about all the benefits having an automated rewards program will bring you:

  • Reward totals are automatically updated with every visit!
  • No need to wait for coupons to come in the mail!
  • Use your rewards ONLINE for program registrations!
  • Rewards will be saved in your account, so no need to remember to bring your CenterPoint coupons with you!
  • Rewards reports will be available so you can see how many points you have earned, and how you have earned them!
  • Rewards total will print out on the bottom of every receipt so you can keep up to date with your balance!

Don't forget, turn in your existing CenterPoint coupons by December 31, 2012 before the Member Rewards Program is fully automated.

Currently, 10 CenterPoint = $1 USD. Moving forward, our rewards system will operate on a 1:1 ratio, 1 Rewards Point = $1 USD. For example, I am converting 356 CenterPoint coupons into the automated rewards program.

356 CenterPoint = 35.60 Rewards Points

35.60 Rewards Points = $35.60 USD

As of Friday, September 21, 2012, all rewards you earn will be stored in the computer; no paper CenterPoint coupons will be handed or mailed out. Please contact us with any questions you may have about the program. (860) 429-3015 x0 or parks&rec@mansfieldct.org.
