The Strength of Focusing on Strengths on a Team
January 29, 2015
Participants will learn to use the "Strength Finder's" tool to help managers/supervisors and team members work better and work together. Gallup has found that building employee's team member's strengths is a far more effective approach to improving performance than trying to improve weaknesses. When employees know and use their strengths, they are more engaged, perform better, and are less likely to leave their company. When employees feel that their company cares and encourages them to make the most of their strengths, they are more likely to respond with increased effort, a stronger work ethic, and more enthusiasm and commitment. Engagement increases when managers and leaders focus on employees' strengths. REGISTER HERE
