Downers Grove, IL - March 9, 2016 - Coventry is pleased to announce that Tammy Bradly will be speaking at the Business and Legal Resources (BLR) Safety Summit being held on April 4-6, 2016. Tammy will present "The Aging Workforce: Practical Strategies for Protecting Baby Boomers on the Job" from 2:30 pm - 3:30 pm on April 5th.
The BLR Safety Summit represents professionals with the critical responsibility of improving and sustaining the health and safety of the workplace. The event provides the tools and strategies needed to expand skills in safety management.
During the summit Tammy will discuss how economic realities and cultural trends are keeping workers on the job longer than ever and how that presents employers with both benefits and challenges. In her session, she will cover how to prepare for the shift in employee demographics in the workplace, Identify risk factors in the workplace, provide take aways on preventative measures to keep employees healthy and at work, and improve disability duration post injury or illness.
