Highlights
This year brought a milestone to The Cecil Group, our 20th Anniversary. As we celebrated with clients, colleagues, and friends at our anniversary party late last month, we were reminded of how thankful we are to all of you who helped us get to this stage. We've received many kind words from so many of you over the past few weeks and appreciate every single one, so once again, thank you for helping us get here.
As part of our preparation for our anniversary, we developed a video series to highlight the philosophy we bring to every project. Below, you'll find the link to the first video, which explains who The Cecil Group really is. We hope you'll take the time to watch it and enjoy it as much as we enjoyed creating it.
Finally, we continue to introduce you to everyone at The Cecil Group. In this issue you'll meet Eunice, an urban planner who uses her background in journalism to create successful community engagement strategies.

Celebrating 20 Years
2012 is a special year as it marked the 20th anniversary of The Cecil Group. To celebrate, we've been looking back at all of the things we've accomplished and thinking ahead to the many more projects and relationships ahead. But, most importantly we've been reflecting on how thankful we are to all of our clients, colleagues and friends for making the past 20 years possible.

Meet Eunice
Eunice has already made her mark within The Cecil Group's community planning practice. With her background in journalism (she worked as a newspaper reporter for six years before earning her Masters in Urban Planning from Tufts University) she brings a new level of skill in research and community engagement. For those of you who have worked with her, you know how adept she is at running projects, drafting zoning, and developing pragmatic actionable plans for her clients, but here are a few things you might not know about Eunice:
You have a plane ticket anywhere and two hours once you get there: where do you go? To Seoul, Korea. Talk about history meeting modern development. What is your favorite lunch to bring to work? Noodles and candy. What mode of transit best describes you? A bike! It's faster than walking and it's fun and flexible. What is one thing that you would literally run away from? TV reporters-who wants to be on TV? |
