MOR's coming, despite on-going Contract Administrators litigation

Don't be surprised if you receive a call to schedule a HUD Management and Occupancy Review, even if you know that your local Contract Administrator is working under a limited service agreement with HUD.

HUD is taking matters into their own hands at some properties. Having developed an internal rating and ranking system, HUD is now making calls and coming out to do MORs at select properties. Make sure you are prepared!

Contracts changing for

Contract Administrators

HUD is awaiting final word on the most recent appeal, but short term plans include considerations for resuming MOR's on a limited basis in some states, with new extended contracts for existing Contract Administrators.

Other new initiatives include an increase the use of the Limited Denial of Participation protocols and is considering its options regarding security violations.
