A recent Linux upgrade has caused problems with APPS access across the country. The issue on the HUD side has been resolved, but access for industry Users and Coordinators has not.
The problem: Users and Coordinators can log-in successfully to the HUD Secure System with their ID and password (and reach the "Main Menu") but then receive the following error message when they select APPS:
"Not Authorized, Invalid User ID or Password"
The solution: HUD is working on this. No need to call the Help Desk about your ID, this is an internal system issue.

HUD 2530
Does this mean me? |
HUD will verify you have a current and accurate HUD 2530 on file at Contract Renewal and even hold up your Rent Increase. Any time principals of the owner or management agent change (and that means new board members on the non-profit boards too) an updated 2530 filing is required. Don't get caught out of compliance! |
