TREADMILL
At the urging of Harry's wife and doctor, 65-year-old Harry finally made it to the gym.
After consulting with one of the trainers, Harry decided to try out a steep treadmill. "OK", said the trainer, "I'm going to set it for ten minutes, if you want to go longer, just press start again."
At first Harry was doing fine, but after 5 seconds he started getting tired, and after a minute he jumped off gasping for breath.
Walking to the side to sit down, he passed by a friend of his. "Man", said Harry, "I could barely last a full minute on that treadmill."
"Alright alright", said his buddy, "no reason to brag!"

We're Delighted to Hear from Families About Our Exceptional Care!
A Review from a Client's Daughter:
"I called a number of agencies doing some research. I noticed that Visiting Angels was very responsive. I was able to get information from someone who was very knowledgeable. They were prompt in getting back to me and were very good in assessing what type of caregiver my mom needed. The caregiver that we had was really excellent. My mom got along with her; she was very professional. It was obvious that she was really well-trained. It was always nice to talk to someone every time I called Visiting Angels." --Laura, Hamilton, NJ

About Our CareVisiting Angels is a New Jersey-licensed, non-medical home care company committed to going well beyond the "industry standard" to provide an exceptional level of security, comfort and peace of mind to our clients and their loved ones. Our "Angels", all certified home health professionals, are ready to provide compassionate and dependable assistance with the activities of everyday living to seniors, the disabled, those recovering from surgery and to those who are simply frail. Our services include such simple tasks as light housekeeping, meal preparation, errands and shopping to more personal tasks such as hygiene assistance, bathing, dressing and grooming. Visiting Angels' in-home care helps make it possible for seniors and other adults to continue to live at home and maintain the independence of their daily routines and familiar surroundings, safely. We truly understand how challenging and alien the entire home care selection process can be...and we are experienced in working with families; with loved ones "resistant" to receiving care; and with third-parties payors (such as insurance companies and the US Dept. of Veterans Affairs) to help insure that the best interests of the family and their loved ones are met. Visiting Angels' services help families spend more mutually-rewarding and meaningful time with their loved ones and also helps provide comfort and peace of mind to those who face the challenge of long-distance caregiving.
