SOFTWARE TIP!

Did you know that you can obtain the area of any region of the spectrum using the region selection tool? By holding down SHIFT and selecting a region of the spectrum, Chenomx NMR Suite will calculate the width of the region as well as the area of the spectrum line within the region. This information can be found in the top right hand corner of the graph.

Use this tool to quickly measure the distance between two peaks for coupling constants. Or calculating the area of a multiplet to use for quantitative NMR calculations. Calculate the entire area of the spectrum to use for dilution normalization later.
