Needed for our Athletes...
The Athletic Department is asking for donations for a new television, TV stand, video camera, and TiVo system which will improve practice time. Players will be able to do a drill, watch themselves, and learn right away. This system will be used for all of our Titan sports teams. The total amount needed for the system is $709. Thank you to all our Titan supporters and for considering a gift to help with this system.

MAILER COMING TO YOUR HOUSE:
Please look for mail from MLHS containing your students schedule for the upcoming 2013/14 school year. There are directions on the schedule sheet to find the supply list on our MLHS Website.
Please make any changes needed to the profile containing the information on your student. You will then need to sign it and return it to the school office. We will use that to update the information in our database. Thank you for your cooperation!

DETROIT MISSION TRIP
Students from MLHS accompanied Mrs. Wunderlich to Panlabra de Vida Church in Detroit. This mission church serves a hispanic community. The Mission Team from ML had a great experience. God truly blessed their efforts as 20-30 students came to hear God's Word at the Kids Program the students helped with. We pray that the Lord strengthens the faith in these young Christians, and that they have the opportunity to hear more and eventually bring others to hear the Truth.
This is the second Mission Trip that MLHS Students have recently taken. We thank God for these wonderful opportunities to serve Him. | |

Michigan Lutheran High School 11th Annual Golf Outing
|
The MLHS Foundation Board's 11th Annual MLHS Charity Classic Golf Tournament took place on Saturday, July 27th at Indian Lake Hills Golf Course in Dowagiac, MI. 105 golfers participated in the fundraiser. All proceeds went to the Michigan Lutheran High School Tuition Assistance fund. Almost $15,000 was raised for the special fund. Although the weather was threatening, the rain held off until after the tournament ended. Everyone had a wonderful day of fun and fellowship. We thank the Lord for the blessings he has provided over the years through the Charity Classic. Mr. William Kruck, Director of Development at MLHS, announced a new scholarship in the memory of William "Ned" Adams has been established by Ned's brother, Cliff Adams, and the Adams family. The recipient of this scholarship will soon be announced. We thank everyone who joined to make the Charity Classic a continued success. |
