Greetings from Olsson Associates

Mike PiernickyImproving our clients' processes is at the heart of what Olsson Associates' staff members do every day. It is why we make sure we are providing you with quality professional services and why we employ the most qualified people who do what they do. We know you have people you're accountble to, which is why we hold ourselves to the highest standards in being accountable to you.

This month, we are pleased to report that 114th Street in Sarpy County is now under construction. Working with numerous state and local entities, Olsson completed the road's mile-and-a-half design in a phenomenally short time frame (four months) in order to accommodate the opening of a new, $200 million data center that's being built adjacent to the road. The team faced many challenges to finish the design and still completed the project under budget. We're also very excited to announce two new hires who will allow our teams to continue to serve you better.

We're also interested in knowing your thoughts on the content and delivery of this newsletter. In the age of booming social media, we want to make sure you're getting the news you want in the form that is most convenient and readable for you. We encourage you to take the quick survey that's accessible through the link at the right to let us know how we're doing and what we can do to help make our news to you even more beneficial.

As always, I welcome your questions or feedback. Please don't hesitate to contact me.

Accelerated Design Leads to On-Time Construction on 114th Street

To accommodate a new, $200 million data center being developed for the State of Nebraska's Economic Development Department, construction on 114th Street between Giles Road and Highway 370 in Sarpy County has recently begun. Designing for a project of this type typically takes up to a year to complete. However, in just four months, Olsson was able to complete the design and utility coordination for improving this mile-and-a-half stretch of road and kept its costs for services under budget.
