Colorado Adopts EPA Air Quality Regulations; Olsson Can Help

The Air Quality Control Commission recently accepted the Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment's (CDPHE) recommendation and voted to partially adopt the EPA's air quality regulations, called New Source Performance Standards (NSPS) OOOO, for the oil and gas industry. This decision will expand the range of air quality regulations that affect Colorado oil and gas operators. The decision also expands the role the CDPHE's Air Pollution Control Division will play in enforcing the regulations. Olsson can help clients navigate these changes to achieve compliance.

News from the CASFM Conference

CASM Conference  

The Denver Water Resources team attended the Colorado Association of Stormwater and Floodplain Managers (CASFM) Annual Conference September 25 through 27 in Steamboat Springs. Deb Ohlinger and Chance Uhrich, along with Jim Kaiser from the City of Thornton and Dave Skuodas of the Urban Drainage and Flood Control District, presented details of the team's Grange Hall Creek project to a group of about 75 attendees at the conference.

Olsson also hosted a client dinner at the Cottonwood Grill in Steamboat on September 26, following the CASFM conference. Olsson staff members appreciated the great opportunity to strengthen our relationships with our clients.
Olsson Expands Telecommunications Service with Addition of John Lillich

John Lillich has joined Olsson Associates as business development leader for Olsson's Telecommunications service. At Olsson, he is responsible for managing efforts to create new telecommunications opportunities for current and potential clients across the Midwest and Western United States.
