Greetings of the Season!

Where has the past month gone? It's the day before Channukah begins and only 9 days until Christmas! We don't know about you, but the Ephraim elves have been busy, busy, busy... making pottery and tiles for holiday gifts, taking and shipping orders, waiting on customers. It's a grand time of year, a time when we all work especially hard to make sure that our customers get just what they want in time for the holiday. From all of us at Ephraim Pottery, we wish you a happy holiday season filled with joy, wonder, and peace.

This month's NEWS...

Experimental vases and ornaments online Wednesday

If you're a last-minute shopper or a fan of unusual or experimental pieces, you'll want to check out the selection of experimental vases and ornaments that we will be posting in our online store at noon Central Time tomorrow, Wednesday, Dec. 17. A selection of 30 experimental pieces will be sold online on a first-come, first-served basis. They will be shipped within 2 days of purchase and will arrive before Christmas. Only one of each experimental listed will be available, so if you're interested, you'll want to be logged into your online account* and ready to snap up the one you like.

* Please make sure you can log into your account before the sale begins. We will not be able to troubleshoot account issues during the sale. If you have not shopped with us online, you will need to create an account. If your last online purchase was made prior to November 1, you will need to reset your password if you haven't already done so (make sure to check your junk/spam folder for the password reset email). If you need help, please call our office during regular business hours (Mon-Fri 9:00 to 5:00 CT) and we will be happy to assist you.

Still haven't placed your holiday order? As is the case with most hand-made art, it usually takes anywhere from a few days to a couple of weeks to get your order ready to ship. During the holiday season, we do our utmost to have most pieces in stock either at our studio or at one of our galleries.

We still have most pieces available, but time is quickly running out!

Depending on where you live, delivery takes from 2 to 5 days. If you want your order delivered by Christmas, we really need to have it by NOON ON FRIDAY if you don't want to have to pay extra for expedited shipping.

Ornaments almost sold out

Our online holiday ornaments are almost sold out! We have just a few of the Icicle, Birdhouse, and Spindle ornaments still available, so you'll need to get your order in as quickly as possible to avoid disappointment. Shop online or give us a call 1-888-704-POTS (7687).

If you live in southern Wisconsin or on the Central Coast of California or will be traveling in those areas over the holidays, stop in and check out the selection of experimental ornaments at our galleries. They are sold to walk-in customers only (no phone sales). After the holidays are over, they'll be gone and you'll have to wait until next year.

Gift Certificates & E-Gift Cards Now Available Online

This year, in addition to our traditional paper gift certificates, we're offering online gift cards. Talk about the perfect last-minute gift! Available in $50 increments. Simply choose your amount and add the online gift card to your shopping cart. During checkout, you can choose where you'd like the email with the special gift card code to be sent. The recipient can then enter that code during checkout when they place their next online order. It's that easy!

Our traditional paper gift certificates are available in any amount.

We still offer our lovely paper gift certificates that can be sent through the mail. They can be redeemed on an order placed by phone, at one of our shows, or at either of our galleries. They can be ordered online in $50 increments, or you can order them by phone or at our galleries in any amount you desire. More information is available on our website.
