Welcome to our redesigned newsletter! We hope that this new format is easier to read on all of your electronic devices. We are in the process of redesigning our website based on the feedback you provided in the survey we sent out earlier this year. Watch for an email announcing the launch of our new website and online store later this summer.
|
In case you missed last month's announcement, our 2014 Studio Collection is now available on our website. There are several types of pieces in the collection, including vases, lidded jars, tiles, a lantern, and a chamber stick. One of the new pieces is the Calla Lily Bud Vase, shown at right in Satin Yellow glaze.
When it comes to glazes, we have several new base and accent colors that are combined in interesting and attractive ways. One of the new colors is teal, which is offered in both a smooth matte faience and a slightly textured and mottled curdle. A few pieces featuring this color have accents of a brighter, lighter green, which manages to be both impactful and serene. Another really versatile new color is olive, a matte faience available in darker and lighter versions. Metallic lustres also appear as accents on a few pieces.

Our 2014 catalog is currently at the printer. We expect it to be finished and in the mail by the end of this month. We're really excited about it and can't wait to share it with you! In addition to all of the pieces in our new Studio Collection, it also includes information about our tile frames and stands, portraits, urns, and behind-the-scenes information about our process.
We are only issuing one catalog this year. It will feature this image of our new Dancing Dragonflies Bowl in Teal on the cover. It will not be mailed in an envelope this year, so please watch your mailbox for it. Until it arrives, you can continue to view all of our available pieces on our website.

Introducing flat-rate shipping
|
With the launch of our new catalog, we are changing the way we charge for shipping. There is now a flat fee of $12.50 per order for shipping an order of any size to addresses in the continental U.S. (including APO/FPO). This means that you will only be charged $12.50 for shipping and handling, no matter how many pieces you order. Your order will be shipped by either USPS Priority Mail or UPS Ground service, whichever we determine to be the most economical.
We are also reducing the shipping and handling charges for our customers located in Alaska, Hawaii, and Canada. An updated chart of charges for shipping to those areas can be found on the Orders, Shipping, & Returns page of our website.
As always, orders totaling $1500 or more ship free to any location.
Please contact our office if you have any questions about shipping. Thank you.
