Greetings!
Welcome to the latest issue of News & Notes. These past few weeks have been a whirlwind, filling orders for arrival before Christmas. We appreciate everyone who is shopping local and handmade this holiday season!
Speaking of holiday orders, time has almost run out for us to be able to ship new orders for arrival by December 24. If you are still shopping for Christmas gifts and are interested in ordering pottery or tiles, it is best to call us at 1-888-704-POTS (Mon-Fri 9-5 Central) to inquire about availability. It is helpful to have more than one piece in mind when you call, because we may not have one of the ones you want in stock, but may have another. The cut-off for overnight shipping is noon (CT) on Thursday, December 20.

Holiday Pottery Fest continues | | |
Experimental vases, tiles & ornaments now online
We had a wonderful turnout for our Holiday Pottery Fest in Lake Mills on Nov. 30 - Dec. 1. Collectors from Boston to  Nebraska gathered for some good cheer and great experimental pottery, tiles, and ornaments. There will be more on the Fest in the January newsletter. In the meantime, we wanted to share some of the fun with those of you who couldn't get to Wisconsin for the Fest.
We are making available 30 experimental pieces, including some ornaments and tiles, in our online store. These pieces are in stock and available for immediate shipment. The piece you see online is the actual piece you will receive. Orders for these pieces that are received by the end of the day on Monday, Dec. 17 should arrive in time for Christmas. An important reminder: You need to complete the online checkout process as quickly as possible in order to get the piece you want. Our online store software allows multiple customers to put the same piece in their shopping cart. The first person to complete checkout gets the piece. If you have a piece in your cart and someone completes checkout before you, the system will not let you purchase it. You must remove any sold pieces from your cart before the system will let you check out. If you have any questions, please call 1-888-704-POTS between 9-5 CT (Mon-Fri).

As of the time this email was sent, the Glad Tidings Vase, the twelfth installment in our annual Winter Holiday Series, is almost sold out.
The first 20 pieces in the edition were sold at the Holiday Pottery Fest. We received over 130 entries for the buyer's drawing. Entrants whose names were drawn were given the opportunity to purchase one of the remaining 30 pieces. Replacement names were drawn for those who declined or did not get back to us. We are waiting for responses from replacement entrants for the last two pieces in the numbered edition of 50.
We would like to thank everyone who entered the buyers' drawing this year. We were thrilled with the enthusiastic response to this piece, and we hope to offer more pieces in this color in the future. |
