These simple words are wise and apply to most of life's endeavors. Whether I hear this from the person on a diet starting the day over at 10 pm after a day of binging or a couple who wind up fighting at breakfast and deciding by 11 am they could start over again. Not easy but brilliant.
This philosophy is at best a practice. And a gentle one. Start again and again and again. Apply this with love and compassion and it turns in to an action worth a million. With this approach growth is not only possible, it's palpable. I see it every day.
