Spring Special
6 Hours of focused, goal-oriented Yoga Therapy for the price of 4 hours. Use the 6 hours spread out over 6 one-hour sessions (face to face, through skype or phone) or 12 half-hour sessions. Focus on one or more self-care items: a health issue, a transition you are in, a goal that has haunted you, or a wound that needs healing.
Yoga Therapy is the experience of traditional counseling along side yoga principles and techniques. You experience an integration of mind, body which produces a gentle, deep connection to your self. From that place, intentions and goals are more easily met.
