Preregister your Credit Card
Credit card registration will be required to participate in the Gala Auction. You may take care of this two ways:
- Preregister your card through our secure auction website. Doing this will expedite your entry into the event.
- If you do not choose to preregister, we may swipe your card as you enter the event.
Your bids benefit the kids. We appreciate your participation in the auction! |
Bid from Home
Has an auction item caught your eye but you can't attend the Gala? No worries! Silent auction bidding will be done through texting - both smart phones and regular cellphones can participate. Contact us by February 25th for instructions on how to bid from home during the March 2nd Gala. It's easy, it's fun, it's interactive, and you'll be helping our schools!

Text Bidding
This year's Silent Auction will be fully electronic ... bid from the dance floor, the casino, or even from home! No hovering over bid sheets or worrying about your high bid if you have to leave early. You will receive text notifications each time you are outbid on an item and provided an easy opportunity to rebid.
So please bring your fully charged cellphones to the event - both smart phones and standard ones will work. We will also have bidding kiosks set up in the silent auction area for those who do not have phones. |
Learn more about LTEF
The Lake Travis Education Foundation (LTEF) was one of the first education foundations in Texas, incorporated in 1985. Since then, the Foundation has labored to raise money to support exemplary education in the Lake Travis Independent School District. In essence, we have become the conduit through which our community can immediately and positively impact all of our campuses; a mechanism to help offset growing shortages caused by explosive growth and the state-mandated "Robin Hood" Plan, to which the Lake Travis ISD loses millions in tax dollars annually. Contributions made to the Lake Travis Education Foundation remain in the school district to benefit our children and our community. To date, YOUR contributions have provided more than $2.8 MILLION in support of our schools! |
