We Need Your Support for Koa Ridge

The finish line for Koa Ridge is right around the corner and we need your support!

Today, the Honolulu City Council Zoning and Planning Committee recommended that Bill 48, that will rezone land planned for Koa Ridge, be reported out of committee for third reading before the full City Council on Wednesday, Nov. 13, 2013 at 10 a.m.

This next hearing is critical and is the last step in completing the rezoning process for Koa Ridge. If passed, we will be able to move forward and deliver another master planned community for Hawaii. Koa Ridge will be a multi-generational, multi-cultural community and will provide much needed homeownership opportunities for Hawaii families, built by Hawaii workers.

We appreciate all of the support you have provided in the past that has helped move Koa Ridge forward. Approval at the next Honolulu City Council will make Koa Ridge a reality, and we humbly ask for your support one more time.

Please join the thousands of other Koa Ridge supporters by urging members of the City Council to vote "yes" on Nov. 13 for Bill 48. You can help by writing a letter, submitting written testimony, joining us at Honolulu Hale to testify in person or take a moment to visit our Koa Ridge supporter website and fill out an online supporter form.

Mahalo again for your ongoing support. If you have any questions or would like more
