the WACAP Hope Gala

Hawley & Associates was honored once again to attend and sponsor the World Association for Children & Parents' (WACAP) Annual Hope Gala, which is their annual fundraising event. This years theme was "Happily Ever After".
The event was held at the beautiful Fairmont Olympic Hotel in downtown Seattle and was a gorgeous venue! The evening included both silent and live auctions, along with lovely catered dinner. The stories of adoption, love and hope were so touching and inspirational!
WACAP is a champion for children, finding and preparing adoptive families, and offering lifelong support after adoption. Since 1976, they have placed over 10,000 children with loving adoptive parents and provided food, medical care and education to more than 200,000 children worldwide.

H&A Intern Daniel Lim
heads back home to Korea
H&A is very involved in participating in internship programs for international students offered by various local colleges. Our goal is help these interns learn more about the American business culture, aid in helping them develop their English skills and ultimately learn the importance of insurance and how vital it is for businesses to be protected.
Daniel Lim was our most recent intern and was with H&A for three months. His tenure just ended and he has headed back to his home country of Korea.
He worked closely with our sales/marketing team, assisting them in their marketing efforts. We will miss his great sense of humor, inquisitive mind and great work ethic!
