The Isaac Newton of Nutrition
Dr. Weston A. Price, DDS, was a dentist from Cleveland, who began his research into
dental decay and
physical degeneration in 1930. He traveled the world studying
isolated human groups to prove his theory that dental decay and deformities were a result of
nutritional deficiencies.
In his studies he found that groups with
beautiful straight, decay free teeth, and resistance to disease were common among people eating their traditional nourishing diets as opposed to western devitalized processed foods. These traditional diets contained
at least 4 times the calcium and other essential minerals, and
at least 10 times the fat soluble vitamins from animal foods such as butter, fish eggs, shellfish, and organ meats.
Dr. Price wro

te all of his research in his book
Nutrition and Physical Degeneration. It includes striking photographs and persuasive conclusions to convince anyone to
abandon the modern convenience foods and go back to the
traditional nourishing foods we used to eat.
