This report focuses on the years 2009-2012, covering the major developments of the Fast Start Finance period in the initial seven REDDX pilot countries: Brazil, Colombia, Ecuador, Ghana, Liberia, Tanzania, and Vietnam. The consolidation of the major trends and findings in each of the seven REDDX pilot countries presents a microcosm of the global picture of REDD+ finance. The overall trend in REDD+ investments is a positive one, as donor countries have continued to make financial commitments in the seven REDDX pilot countries from 2009 through 2012.
