Add a description
SimMan 3G simulates patient response

Two new training simulators, SimMan 3G and SimJunior, are now in use by INHS Health Training students.

The simulators provide immediate patient response such as a wide variety of patient sounds, spontaneous breathing, anatomically correct airway and cardiac rhythms for non-instructor involved training. more

Available for use by your agency

SimMan 3G and SimJunior are available by appointment at the INHS Health Training facility for agencies that need to practice up on skills. Appointments can be made beginning May 1. For more information call (509) 242-4264 or email info@healthtraining.org.

"The simulation technology that INHS has invested in allows paramedics and EMTs the ability to develop a skill, practice it under real-life conditions and time compression without endangering patient safety," said Assistant Chief Brian Schaeffer of the Spokane Fire Department.

Online EMT Classes

INHS Health Training is now offering EMT classes online.  This is a perfect solution for those who want to take an EMT course, but do not want to travel too much for the class.  You can take the didactic portion of the class completely online, followed by an in-person skills check that takes place over a seven-day period.   Classes are offered regularly.  Visit Healthtraining.inhs.org for more information.
