Catherine Gourley returns home to Wilkes-Barre!

Renowned author and Wilkes-Barre native, Catherine Gourley is making three appearances this week for the Osterhout Free Library. Thursday starts out with a fun & informative program at 6:30pm at the North Branch on how pop culture of the 20th century portrayed women. Friday she'll be speaking at the Fall Gala fundraiser, and Saturday it's an American Girl tea party at 2pm to hear about Catherine's three American Girl books. Must be 7 years old to attend & reservations for the Saturday Tea Party are required. We're still taking reservations for this Friday's Osterhout Fall Gala at the Westmoreland Club, where we'll honor author and Wilkes-Barre native, Catherine Gourley.
