Osterhout Library Holiday Hours
 The library will be closed December 24, 25, 31 & January 1. Hours on December 26, 27, 28, 29 are
8:30-5 PM.
Please note, when the Wilkes-Barre Area School district delays or closes, the Library will open at 10:30am.

Read to the Dogs and Make an Ornament
The therapy dogs will be here looking for stories,  so stop by and read them one or two. Then stay and make t wo ornaments, one for the Library tree and one to take home on Saturday, December 8th. The therapy dogs will be here from 1-2PM and ornament making runs from 2-4 PM. |
