Bone broth instead of coffee, please

It's the bomb diggity!

Over the last few years, I've practically kept the Whole Foods meat department in business with the number of clients I've sent to purchase soup bones for bone broth.
Okay, so this could be mildly exaggerated, BUT, it turns out that this ancient Chinese remedy to heal and nourish the body has New Yorkers going wild for it, singing its praises as much as I am, and maybe more!!!
More and more health coaches, nutritionists, and beauty gurus are recommending bone broth for its plethora of benefits, ranging from boosting gut health and fighting inflammation, to providing a dose of much needed nutrients like collagen, magnesium, calcium, amino acids, and potassium. And if you know how to spice it, it really is the bomb diggity. Bone broth could very well be the new juice!
