 Just Released: Knowledge Base

The DelValle Institute is pleased to announce the release of its Knowledge Base, a repository for emergency preparedness resources focused on Emergency Support Function 8 and related public safety topics. The following three topics are now available to all Learning Center account holders, with more topics in development. If you do not have a Learning Center account, sign up for free here. If you have suggestions on additional content to post on the knowledge base, please send them to us at delvalle@bostonems.org

Crowdsourcing Disasters and Social Engagement Multiplied The digital team at FEMA recently launched a number of new tools to help the public prepare for, respond to, and recover from disasters. These tools include a new FEMA App with a Disaster Reporter feature as well as FEMA's Social Hub, a centralized location where current social media conversations are featured.
