Hope you had a nice relaxing summer because August is ending, and Fall is beginning, with a bang!
There are so many pressing issues before concerned Americans right now that it can be overwhelming. Please don't let that discourage you. Allow it to be the reason that you rise up because it is our duty to be engaged and informed.
Take a moment to save these dates on your calendar. Please attend as many as you are able to because at this point, inaction is not an option.
Due to the number of activities planned within the next few months, there are just too many to list in an email. Please take the time to visit your organization's website or facebook page for a full list of events.

"Exempt America" Press Conference in Austin!

You are invited to join us in Austin on the south steps of our capitol this Wednesday August 28th at 12:00p.m. for this press conference!
Making the case to "Exempt America" at this event will be Jenny Beth Martin, co-founder of TPP, Brent Bozell of Media Research Center, TX State Senator Donna Campbell, along with the three TPP TX State Coordinators George Rodriquez, Camille Johnson, and Tanya Robertson.

The Pearland TEA Party and the Pearland Area Republican Club are hosting a Q&A Panel Forum with U.S. Representative Pete Olson, District 22. A panel from the local TEA Parties and the Pearland Republican Area Club will ask questions with follow up.

Clear Lake Tea Party is working in conjunction with the Black American Leadership Alliance to bring you this event.
Scheduled speakers to date:
Charles Butler - a member of BALA and has a radio showed based out of Chicago
This rally will be a message to our representatives that we are aware of the horrible repercussions that the immigration bill would have on unemployment in not only the entire country but especially in the black communities and we will not support any law that does not secure our borders in America FIRST.
PLEASE share this event information with friends outside of our usual circle or better yet, bring them with you! This is exactly how we spread our message and it will not happen unless we act outside the box.
