Clear Lake Tea Party Reveals IRS Misconduct in 2010

The Internal Revenue Service (IRS) conducted an intrusive and illegal intelligence gathering and intimidation effort against the Clear Lake Tea Party (CLTP) as part of a larger policy directed at American tea parties. The CLTP submitted an application for a 501(c)(4) tax-exempt status on November 23, 2009, and then after unwarranted delay, the founder of the CLTP queried the IRS in the summer of 2010 regarding the status of our application. When Internal Revenue Service agents decided to target conservative groups with "unnecessary" information requests, they probably weren't expecting Marion Bower, an Ohio woman who in 2010 founded her own Tea Party group.
"I was trying to be very cordial, but they wanted copies of unbelievable things," the 68-year-old founder of American Patriots against Government Excess told ABC News Tuesday. "They wanted to know what materials we had discussed at any of our book studies." Read More......

Ousted IRS chief defends targeting of Tea Party as 'obnoxious,' not illegal!
Acting IRS chief Steven Miller on Friday said he did not believe agency officials did anything illegal when giving extra scrutiny to conservative groups seeking tax-exempt status.
Miller, who was forced to resign this week by President Obama, said he didn't believe the scrutiny was illegal even as he apologized for the IRS's actions, which have turned into a political storm for the White House. Read More......

The list of categories included in the IRS's effort to target conservative groups seeking tax-exempt status continues to widen. On Wednesday, the Thomas More Society, a Chicago-based public interest law firm announced that cases they handled "demonstrate the agency's abuse of pro-life organizations in addition to those identified as 'tea party', 'patriot', or 'government spending' groups."

Saturday night on her Fox News show, Judge Jeanine Pirro spoke out with eloquence and righteous indignation over the Benghazi affair. It was a tour de force presentation of the issues in bold and commonsense language. I have always enjoyed Judge Pirro's work, but in the past few weeks, she has come into her own. Perhaps it is her years as a judge that enables her to speak with such moral clarity about the fundamental issues.

Outrage as high school recites Pledge in Arabic saying
'One Nation Under Allah'
Fury is brewing at Rocky Mountain High School, in Colorado, after a multicultural student group were encouraged to recite the Pledge of Allegiance over the loudspeaker in Arabic - replacing 'one nation under God' with 'one nation under Allah'.
Following Monday's pledge, Principal Tom Lopez has been inundated with complaints from outraged parents concerned that saying the Pledge in any language other than English is unpatriotic.
Standing by his controversial decision, Principal Lopez has said that despite the irate telephone calls and emails, he is not in any way or form trying to push an Islamic agenda at the Fort Collins school. Read More......

On this first of May, 2013 - a day celebrated by communists in their struggle for "liberation" - it is appropriate to reflect on the communist agenda. Many of its goals have manifested systemically in the decades gone by. Whether or not you believe there is a conscious agenda behind the changes we are witnessing is irrelevant. Forget the "Communist" label for a moment and recognize these labels for what they are: Different ways of describing despicable tyrants making their move for total control. As we can see with the examples below (of which there are many more) the political and social aspects of our country have been successfully altered.
As entered into the Congressional Record of 1963:
"Discredit the American Founding Fathers. Present them as selfish aristocrats who had no concern for the "common man.""
