 EBB TIDE FOR ROLLOVER PASS
Rollover Pass is a Texas Treasure that Jerry Patterson is working hard to close. His effort has stalled because the State of Texas does not have eminent domain authority. He is now getting the Galveston County Judge Mark Henry to use his eminent domain authority to take Rollover Pass away from the people of Texas and all over the country. This is a abuse of eminent domain authority and violate our rights as private property landowners. We are asking the County Judge to not use eminent domain and for the bullying efforts of our Texas Land Commissioner to stop.

Since the Supreme Court passed down their landmark Roe v. Wade opinion on January 22, 1973, approximately one and a half million unborn children have been sentenced to death each year in America. People who maintain the legality of abortion frequently claim "Roe v. I was recently called uncivil. What was my uncivil behavior? I called a lie a lie in the face of a liar. If that is uncivil behavior, then I suppose I have been classified. However, I believe we have been given a magnificent heritage. Men and women have lived their lives in great sacrifice and given their last breath to secure a nation for our children. This nation they built was to be a beacon of hope to the world: A light of Liberty and a shining example for future generations. Organizing for Action camped out in HQ of teachers union
Organizing for Action (OFA), the nonprofit group created from President Obama's reelection campaign, camped out in the nation's largest labor union as it worked to set up shop, according to finance disclosures provided Friday.
The group received an in-kind contribution of $15,466 in temporary office space from the National Education Association. The organization worked out of the fourth floor of the teachers union's Washington, D.C., headquarters.

GOP members question healthcare 'navigators'
House Republicans want more information about the Obama administration's $54 million grants to help people navigate the new insurance marketplaces created by the Affordable Care Act.
On Friday, six GOP members of the Energy and Commerce Committee wrote a letter asking Health and Human Services (HHS) Secretary Kathleen Sebelius seven questions about the grants, which will allow "navigators" to help consumers shop for healthcare in new insurance exchanges. Read More......
