With the most important election in the history of America only weeks away, there is still a portion of Americans who say they would never vote for a "Mormon" .... which would be a vote for Obama. PLEASE! Read and share.

Lt. Governor David Dewhurst named Senate Committee Chairs in advance of the Regular Session.
We congratulate the following Houston area Republican State Senators on their appointments:
Senator Dan Patrick (R-Houston) has been appointed as Chair of the Senate Committee on Education, due to his strong interest in improving public education for children, instituting innovative change and providing for more school choice by parents.
Senator Tommy Williams (R-The Woodlands) was appointed as Chair of the Senate Committee on Finance.

Texas schools punish students who refuse to be tracked with microchips
A school district in Texas came under fire earlier this year when it announced that it would require students to wear microchip-embedded ID cards at all times. Now, students who refuse to be monitored say they are feeling the repercussions.

I met Nonie Darwish about a year ago. I have seen her speak twice at events hosted by an organization my son founded at Temple University to introduce the voices usually censured and not heard for critical thinking at most liberal institutions of higher education.
