This Sunday at 10:30 AM
August 9:  Letting Go to Find Balance
Service Leader: Rev. Susan Frederick-Gray
When we feel unsteady, uncertain about what is ahead, we tend to want to grab on more tightly, but often times the key to navigating uncertainty is actually letting go and finding your own inner balance in the transition.
Next Sunday at 10:30 AM
August 16:  Finding Your Own Balance
Service Leader: Rev. Susan Frederick-Gray
The definition of a balanced life can mean different things to different people.  It can also change throughout out lives.  The balance we need to find as youth, is not the same as that of those in mid life, nor those in retirement.  What does balance look like to you and how do you find it?

Tom Neilson Benefit Concert for UU Church of the Restoration in Tulsa

Tuesday, August 11, 8:00 PM Central Time

The UU Church of the Restoration was founded in 1987 as an intentionally racially diverse congregation located in the traditional African American community in Tulsa.  Our mission is to promote racial justice and religious freedom. Last fall, our air conditioning system was destroyed by vandals, and the roof has been damaged by wind and rain. This benefit concert keeps this sacred and safe space open for the community, through the Oklahoma heat and rain. There is a $10 suggested donation for the event. Please pay more if you are able, or pay what you can. To buy a ticket go to the link below.
