Board Chat on February 9 at 10:30AM

This Sunday at 10:45AM in Annex A, the Board of Trustees invites you to the next session in our series of conversations intended to increase engagement throughout the congregation.  While previous sessions have been open dialogs allowing for questions or conversations on any variety of topics, in February the Board will be presenting a briefing, "Why Size Matters: the Joys and Challenges of a Growing Congregation".  This is an adaptation of a presentation that has been given to both the Board and the Council, and it will touch on topics of Governance, Organizational Structure, Staffing, Communications, and the changing nature of managing a congregation as it grows through various size categories.  It will be interesting and educational - and fun!  If you ever wanted to know more about what goes in to Congregational leadership and management, please join us!  Questions or comments?  Email Linda Bellantoni or call her at 602-626-5889.
