PTSA Spotlight on EHS Staff and Volunteers
Our EHS Math Teacher, Math Lab Instructor and Link Crew Leader asked students to go out after the first home football game and help clean up the stadium as a Random Act of Kindness so the stadium manager wouldn't have to do it all himself. Thank you for your extra effort, dedication and being a great role model and resource for our students, Ms. Everson!
Volunteers: Carlene Camera
and Sue Lauer
Our VPs of PTSA Communications. They are committed volunteers who have partnered for the last couple of years to produce our weekly Wolf Tracks newsletter. They have worked together on many PTSA programs over the years at Eastlake, Inglewood and Mead. They actively recommend ideas to be posted and keep the information flowing out to our EHS parents and staff every Sunday. Thank you, ladies!
Eastlake PTSA wishes
to acknowledge the following businesses for not
only their financial support,

Message from your PTSA President
PTSA volunteers and dedicated EHS staff work together to make our school community strong. This week we're introducing our monthly "PTSA Spotlight" section. We'll recognize a PTSA volunteer that has made a difference in their position or with a special project, and an EHS staff member for a unique or ingenious classroom lesson or PTSA partnership. We appreciate the incredible volunteers that donate their time and talents, and the staff that create an engaging experience for our students.
WOLF STRONG PACK STRONG!!

Our Low Effort Fundraising Raises Money for PTSA While You Shop for Halloween!
"Is Your Student Successful?" Community Forum
Success. We all want it for ourselves and our kids. Seeking it is what drives us to work hard. It's what drives us to excel in life. But how do we know we are successful? In Sammamish, our students are winning state championships and at the same time leading the state in anxiety levels. Our students know how to meet our expectations for success on the outside...but how many are equipped to handle the internal pressure that comes with those expectations? Are we really as successful as we think? Join us at Eastlake High School on Tuesday, October 27, at 7:00 pm as Sammamish community leaders get together to answer the question: "Is Your Student Successful?" No fee or RSVP required - middle and high school students and their parents are welcome and encouraged to attend.
The 22nd Annual Holiday Bazaar is November 7!
The Eastlake Holiday Bazaar features over 70 local artisans and crafters! Come and shop on Saturday, November 7 from 9:00 am until 3:00 pm. Just visit Eastlake's PTSA website and click on the College Prep tab on the lower left - you and your student will be able to make well-informed testing decisions and be ready for those college applications.

Transition Room NeedsThe refrigerator in the Transition Room kitchen is dying a slow death. If anyone has a good working refrigerator (14 cubic feet or larger) that they would like to donate, we would greatly appreciate it. Also, some of the furniture in the Adult Transition Learning room is needing to be replaced (couch and arm chair). If anyone has items like this that they would like to donate, we would love to replace our worn out furniture. Please contact Jon Goodman.
