Sorry if you missed it.  Lots of great info and drawings!  As I promised I will include the recipes for the Natural Deodorant and Bug Repellent Spray so you can make more at home.  For those not attending we included samples of these in the goody bags.  Jenifer explained the difference between Therapeutic Essential Oils and the others at Wholefood or Sprouts.  Therapeutic EO's can be swallowed or rubbed on your skin unlike most EO's that are just for diffusing. 

 SPRAY

                                                     15 drops of Purification Essential Oil
                                                      5 drops of Peppermint Essential Oil
                                                      Distilled or Filtered Water
                                                      Shake and Spray

NATURAL DEODORANT:       ½ cup of Coconut Oil (room temperature)
                                                    2 tbsp of Baking Soda
                                                    2 tbsp of Arrowroot
                                                    15 drops of Purification Essential Oil
                                                    Mix thoroughly and place sealed container.
