FALL SHOES

  1. Animal Prints lead the way this fall. Consider them like neutrals because you can wear them with everything. Think skinny jeans or slacks if you skinny legs, they look awesome. For the rest of us, they look great with a pencil skirt.
  2. Flats are going pointy. Yes pointed toe flats are coming this Fall. You'll see them with patterns, with straps and with bows. I just never have been able to get into flats, I like a little heel. But for the rest of you, let's remember flats are not suited for those with large calves.
  3. Strappy Sandals just never go out of style. Look for gold, silver, leather, snake skin, animal prints with tall skinny heels. Got pretty feet, groomed toes, and skinny ankles? Then wear them!
  4. White Pumps! Who knew you could wear them in October? According to Jimmy Choo, these are very "now." I've got to get some!
  5. Calf Hair Heels dyed to almost any color make a dramatic statement. They even come in patterns or mixed with leather. You will find this material in all shapes and sizes!!
  6. High-Heeled Loafers, yes, I'm serious. Even though these loafers are feminine, they still have a masculine quality. Probably best with trouser suits, long skirts with jackets, and jeans.

Ok girls time to go shopping. Shoes are a good way to update all those old outfits!!!

  FAT MELTING JUICE
 
Hello everyone, I guess I forgot to tell you how to make this juice. Oooops. I guess I will come up with a juice that helps brain burps. Here's how you make the Fat Melting Juice: Put all ingredients in a juicer except for lemon. Squeeze Lemon juice into your green drink and stir. Drink immediately after making. Drink lots of lemon water to continue the fat flush. 
 

1 small Parsnip or medium carrot
 1 green Apple
1 handful of Spinach
1 handful of baby Kale
1 handful of Parsley
½ large Cucumber
1 inch of Ginger
½ lemon (just the juice)
 All ingredients need to be organic except for the lemon juice.

     How It Works: Kale, Spinach, and Parsley are full of Magnesium. A lack of Magnesium contributes to weight gain. You see without Magnesium, cells don't recognize insulin which causes glucose to accumulate in your blood and then stored as fat because it was not burned as fuel. Parsley, Green Apple, and Spinach contain Chromium which reduces sugar cravings. Lemon, Cucumber, and Parsley are natural diuretics which help you illuminate toxins and water retention. And finally, Ginger is a thermogenic food. It not only stimulates gastric enzymes which boosts metabolism and therefore burns more calories; it also improves gastric motility that reduces bloating and constipation.  

     When To Drink It: Start your morning off with this green juice and drink lemon water the rest of the day. This will set you in an alkaline state and begin the detox and fat burning. If you are really serious go Sugar Free, Soy Free, Gluten Free, and Dairy Free (exception yogurt) and you will start melting away. Incorporate these options one each week, don't overwhelm yourself. Work up to this goal slowly unless you need to lose 10 pounds immediately for that cruise!!!
